At Cherita, we aim to deliver your gifts with care—because every sweet moment counts!

 

Delivery Areas

  • Klang Valley: Same-day or scheduled delivery via Lalamove or Grab Express (subject to availability).

  • Nationwide: Courier delivery available for selected items (non-meltables or insulated packages only).

  • Booth pickups / self-collection: Let us know your preference and we’ll coordinate the arrangements.

 

Processing Time

  • Ready-stock items: Shipped within 1–2 working days (or same-day if urgent and stock permits).

  • Custom orders / doorgifts / bulk orders: Require 2–6 months, depending on complexity and quantity.

  • Urgent request? Contact us—we’ll always try to make it happen.

 

Delivery Notes

  • Ensure complete delivery info (sender/recipient name, address, contact number).

  • Lalamove/Grab timing may vary depending on driver availability and traffic.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party logistics.

  • Incorrect addresses: We can assist with rerouting if possible. However, any additional charges from the delivery partner will be borne by the customer.

 

Don’t worry—if something goes wrong, we’ll always do our best to assist.

 

 

Delivery Fine Print

 

  • Minimum 1-day advance booking required

  • Delivery hours: 10am – 5pm (no specific time slots)

 

Delivery Zones & Charges

  • Zone A: Shah Alam – RM15

  • Zone B: Petaling Jaya / Subang Jaya – RM20

  • Zone C: Kuala Lumpur / Sungai Buloh / Puchong / Klang – RM30

  • Zone D: Rawang / Serendah / Batu Arang / Port Klang / selected areas in Selangor – RM40

  • Zone E: Putrajaya / Cyberjaya / Batu Caves / Dengkil – RM50
