Yes, we’re a Muslim-owned company and all our ingredients are sourced from halal suppliers. While we’re  still in the process of applying for official halal certification, we’re committed to maintaining halal practices  in everything we do.

Sure! We deliver via Lalamove straight to your doorstep for customers within the Klang Valley. Depending  on the item, some may require a few days to prepare. But if it’s ready stock, we can have it delivered as  soon as today or tomorrow!

We don’t have a permanent store (yet!), but you can catch us at selected mall pop-ups and bazaars. Follow  us on Instagram @cherita.chocolate for updates on where we’ll be next! For anyone near shah alam or  Bukit Jelutong, you can come visit our HQ in Plaza jelutong (waze Cherita chocolate) (Our production  place but also available for walk-ins!).

Our chocolates are best enjoyed within 3–5 months, although they can last up to 1 year. We always  recommend keeping them in room temperature, cool or dry place away from direct sunlight (you can keep  them in the fridge if it gets too hot!).

Absolutely! We love being part of your special occasions. whether it’s weddings, birthdays, or corporate  events. We offer bulk rates and custom designs for doorgifts too. Just drop us a message with your details!

We source our cocoa beans from Selangor, Pahang & Melaka farm. 

Yes, we do! For areas outside of Klang Valley, we use standard courier services like J&T. (But only  applicable to certain items). Delivery time may vary depending on your location, but we’ll provide tracking  info once it’s shipped.

Definitely. We offer free message cards with every gift set. You can either write your message at checkout  or send it to us directly, and we’ll print it for you.

For gift sets, we recommend ordering 3-5 days before delivery date. As for small quantity bulk doorgifts (below 30) we suggest ordering at least 14 days in advance, especially if it involves customization. For  bulk doorgifts or events, the earlier the better—ideally 4-6 months ahead to secure your slot.

While we’re known for our chocolates, we’re a confectionary brand that offers cookies and other snacks  too! (like our best-selling cookies Sea salt black sable, biscotti, parmesan cheese stick etc). If you're looking  for alternatives, we got you!

Yes. We can arrange delivery to different addresses for multiple recipients. especially during festive  seasons. Just send us the list, and we’ll help sort it out for you. (Note that all location’s delivery fees will be  charged accordingly)

Yes. our custom doorgifts (with hot stamping/printing of logo or bride & groom’s name) usually require a  minimum order of 300 units and above, depending on the design. The more you order, the better the rate  we can offer!

Yes. our Dark chocolates & Chocolate Drinks are made using Raw cane sugar, vegan friendly AND we use  all natural ingredients without adding preservatives, food colouring or flavouring (for most products).  They’re great for those who enjoy a richer, less sweet treat without compromising on quality.

Yes, for most products! If you see something in a set that you’d like to purchase on its own, ask away. we’ll  let you know if it's available individually.

Usually no, because our festive sets are limited editions. Once they’re gone, they’re gone! (unless they’re  our standard sets) But if a particular item is loved, we might bring it back so stay tuned.

Sure! We offer self-pickup options during certain events/pop-ups or by appointment at our shop (send us  a whatsapp to let us know the time and date) and we’ll share the pickup details.
