We always want you to be happy with your Cherita purchase—because gifting should feel good.

 

No Returns for Food Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item was damaged during delivery (with proof), or

  • The item was incorrectly packed by our team (e.g. wrong item sent)

 

Refunds or Replacements

Handled case-by-case for issues such as:

  • Missing items

  • Damaged goods (must include photo/video proof within 24 hours of receiving)

  • Incorrect item delivered


To be eligible:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  2. Provide clear evidence (photos/videos of the issue)

  3. Include your order number and delivery details
